About this property

Gold Coast Riverfront with 6 brm Home

Dear Guest
Welcome to our riverfront home with river access for fishing, outdoor BBQing swimming and canoeing.
If you bring your own tent your children can camp under supervision of a parent or guardian near the river.
Kindly note your rooms, bathroom and toilet are located within the main house but in a separate area with private access.
You have exclusive access to the veranda with lounge and dining tables, which has to umbrella style gas heater to enjoy the view and tranquillity even during a cool weather.
The outdoor kitchenette is well equipped and has a small fridge and if needed there is plenty space in our deep freezers.
We the hosts, my wife and I, live in the other part of the house and are all times available if any assistance or support is required.
For your information we have 12 head of cattle on the farm to be looked after and produce our own electricity with own fresh water supply. By the way we are not connected to town water.

Advancetown Lake (Hinze Dam) Coffee shop with lovely view to the lake is open daily for breakfast and lunch and only 2 min. by car from us.

The advertised rate is for 1 room per night for max 2 guests per room and for short term rental only.
Any additional room will incur an additional charge of $145 per night.

Our rooms are modern with contemporary furniture and cosy warm lights. Most of them overlooking the pristine Nerang river valley. We offer an ultra luxurious experience with an unique bedding of :- 100% pure Siberian White Goose Down filled pillows, 75%-100% pure European Goose Down filled Duvets and Toppers to sleep on.

VERANDA
The veranda is overlooking 20 acres river valley paddocks and is furnished with lounge chairs and dining table, private bar counters, kitchenette and BBQ for your use.

GUEST INTERACTION
We are always available via phone even when we are living away from home to offer help if and when required throughout your stay.

ADVANCE TOWN LAKE (HINZE DAM)
Hinze dam is just a 'stone throw' away for fishing and boating. (5 minutes walk).
Restaurants are close by at the Cedar Lake Resort (2min walk) and Hinze Dam Cafe.(5min walk)

THEME PARKS
It will take you only 24 minutes to the Theme Parks and 30 minutes to the Golden Beaches of Surfers Paradise. GOLD COAST HINTERLAND The Hinterland is known for its many panoramic and idyllic sceneries with natural waterfalls, caves, wineries, natural parks and forest on mount Tambourine and Beechmont and Springbrook.

ON THE FARM
We offer as much as possible a powerful experience in nature and use only as much as possible natural products for decor and the general fit out. We have a vivid bird life on the farm and wallabies are crossing the paddocks in the mornings and of course some horses. In short ;- We, GOLD COAST HINTERLAND FARM , are working with Nature.

GETTING AROUND
There is public transport (train and buses from Nerang) 12 Minutes from the farm available otherwise we are more than happy to drive you to town and bring you back for a small extra fee.

OTHER THING TO NOTE
Please note we do not provide any food but we offer a separate kitchenette with ample cooking facilities. A nearby restaurant can be booked for food and beverage services.
Please note all rooms are NON SMOKING rooms.
There are smoking areas allocated outside the house.
The Fire extinguisher, First Aid Kit and snake bite bandages are located in the lounge area under the mirror opposite the TV.
In case of a fire alarm or smoke detections, please evacuate the room immediately to the veranda and assemble at the drive way.
PLEASE be aware that we as a farm are not connected to council water. Our water resources are therefore limited and precious. Please use water wisely.
All our toilets are fitted out with bidets.
PLEASE do not flush toilets with any other items than toilet paper and dispose any personal items ONLY in a Sanitary bag and then into the bin provided in the toilets.”
Kindly note that any blockage caused through inappropriate use of the toilets will incur call charges for the plumber. ( as from $500 ).
We would appreciate that no shoes are used in the house and that only the allocated bed room(s) and the veranda are accessible and used during your stay.
No other area can be shared unless prior arrangements are made.

GUEST ACCESS
During your rental period you have access to all parts of land including the pristine riparian area along the 220 m riverfront for fishing and kayaking with campfire at the evenings.

A peaceful getaway.
We needed a break with nothing to do and that's what we got. We loved the swimming in the little creek, our dog enjoyed roaming around the property and our kids loved the wildlife and the space.
