Nous louons plus qu'une belle villa : nous vous offrons la Méditerranée à vos pieds et son lever de soleil en direct devant vous, dans un petit village tranquille ! Maison toute neuve de style mauresque avec dôme, pour des vacances calmes. Située dans un parc résidentiel de vacances (ex Club Med). Au bord d'une plage de sable fin et mer turquoise, une des plus propres de Tunisie. Avec jardin superbement gazonné de 250 m2 donnant accès direct à la plage. Grande terrasse avec véranda ombragée. Maison meublée et cuisine entièrement équipée, avec frigo américain. Grande TV Ecran plat + Satellite + Internet ADSL + wifi. Climatiseurs dans les chambres à coucher + Chauffage central partout (pour l'hiver) + Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres (Très important en Tunisie). Draps et serviettes de toilette et de bain, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine fournis. Sécurité totale car il y a un gardien et la zone est habitée et sure.

La maison se trouve à Mamoura, un paisible village d'agriculteurs, à 5 kms de Nabeul et 15 kms de Hammamet. Port de pêche tout proche (poisson frais), Petit marché local, épiceries, boulangeries, poissonneries, boucheries... ouverts 7 jours sur 7.

Une aide ménagère / cuisinière est à disposition à la demande et moyennant un petit surplus, ainsi qu'un guide local pour vous faire visiter la région (distillerie d'eau de fleurs d'orangers au printemps, vignobles, Médina, Tunis, Sidi Bou Saïd, et...).

La maison est tenue sur place par la famille. Grande assistance et aide fournis pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.
