Nice and big but could use a good clean

Nice big house. Great features include pool table and mini golf. Not sure if the outside bath was supposed to be the spa, but wouldn't use it in it's cracked dirty state. Would have been better if things like tea towels were available and quilts on the bed instead of just blankets. The house wasn't really dirty, but could use a really good clean. Some of the bedding also wasn't clean.

while the surrounds is perfect for what it states, the house has not aged well and is in need of major maintenance. but if you are using it as a base to explore the swan valley, it suits the purpose.

This beautiful 4 bed, 2 bath plus study, has everything you need and has been designed with family and entertaining as the main focus. The stunning fusion of space, luxury, and quality resonates through this Executive Resort Style Home.

The heart of the home boasts a large open plan living & dining and is overlooked by a deluxe gourmet Kitchen featuring Stone bench tops, Stainless steel Blanco appliances, large pantry and plenty of under bench and overhead storage cupboards.
