About this property

Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings. Long-term guests with a minimum stay of 31 days. Travel nurses, relocation, out of state workers, etc all welcome. Perfect for working professionals or international students.
Happiest Place on Earth!!! One side of two-unit property in a great location! Two story home occupied by long term tenant/property manager.

3bedroom plus bonus room (4th bedroom divided by curtain - refer to pictures of master bedroom)/ 2bath. Only one shared common wall - separate entrance. Gated property! Clean, safe, and spacious!! 3 miles to Disneyland, 1.5 miles to Anaheim Convention Center or Outlets @ Orange.
At this time we do not accept pets, sorry.
Great central location to Hollywood, Los Angeles, San Diego. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES WITH HEAVY DRINKING AND LOUD MUSIC!

The guest house was perfect for our needs. Great location to Disneyland, easy shopping nearby.

The owner was very attentive to our needs, responding to my questions promptly. He was super easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone. Very cute and comfortable for my family. We had an amazing time.
