Beautiful, quiet lake. Just what we needed.
Rustic cabin on Bridge Lake
We stayed here during an anniversary party on another lake nearby. The cabin is clean, and secluded. It is straight out of the 70s but once you get past that it’s a cute little cabin.
Upon arrival we needed to clean bathrooms and vacuum. The yard was not mowed, nor was it mowed during our stay. We made the best of the house, and grandmas cottage grew on us giving us a delightful stay.
Great place to get away
Had a wonderful relaxing long weekend. The property is far enough off the beaten path that you can feel completely disconnected yet close enough to run into town for anything you need. I loved the décor. Yes, some say its outdated. To me it was like stepping back 40 years and going to Grandma's cottage as a kid; loved it. The lake was awesome. Cool clear and refreshing with tons of fish to keep everyone occupied.
Wonderful Stay! Wonderful family time!
This home is basic. A bit dated. No frills. Perfect for us. Exceeded our expectations. The lake is beautiful and tranquil! We brought our canoe for paddling and also used the row boat. Spent one day floating the nearly infamous Au Sable river and fly fishing. We and our sons, 24, 22 and 17 enjoyed the downtime, the quiet reading time, cooking outdoors, etc. Our time was perfect. Hope to go back next year.
Peaceful and relaxing
Absolutely stunning back drop and so peaceful. Very relaxing. Wonderful service from Carol. My family and I are so thankful and grateful we were able to stay in this house. We will be returning at some point.
