The home is in the Energy Corridor, quiet neighborhood, minutes drive from the Village School, I-10, & Memorial City Center. The house has a large living area, TV & Sofa bed, open to the kitchen and breakfast/dining area. Separate work area with desk available. Master bedroom with in suite bath, 2 hall bedrooms share a bath with tub and shower. All bedrooms have queen beds, night stands & bedside lamps.

Great Location!

We’ve stayed multiple times as the house is in a great location on the west side of the city, close to the I-10 & the tollway. It’s located deep in a good single family neighbor but is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. This trip we tried the Phoenicia market nearby on Westheimer. It’s huge specialty market with lots of interesting things to try, the baklava bar inside had some very tasty offerings. If that’s not your cup of tea, then you also have Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, HEB, Walmart, & Target all within a few miles. We will be back in the spring to visit family again and will likely stay with Eugeni again if the house is available. THANKS!

October 5th weekend

The house was a great place to stay for a family celebration in Houston. The host was extremely accommodating…answered questions before arrival, during our stay, made sure we had an air mattress for our grandson and was understanding on day of check-out when we just needed a little extra time to leave the house. We will definitely stay here again when we have to come back to Houston for a family event.

special attention to detail

To frame this right - we've been a VRBO host for many years now and so we understand what it takes to ensure the best guest experiences. As would be expected, the home was cleaned and ready for our arrival. It also was just as presented in the listing - no surprises. There was a "Welcome Larry" sign on the living room table, as well as a book of things to know. What was different here was that we were staying during Xmas week of 2022 and, as luck would have it, expecting either a big storm, possibly a huge freeze, and/or a power blackout in Houston. (Remember what happened last year!!!) Our host was in touch by phone before and then met us as we arrived. He did a personal walk-through of the property, which was nice. He also made sure we were prepared in the event of snow, extreme cold, power failure (due to the extraordinary weather) and gave us both his and his wife's cell numbers. And, he made sure to check in with us to ensure all was going well. That's attention to detail.

Great place to stay and very convenient location!

This is the 2nd time that we’ve stayed at the Briarforest house. Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location with plenty of shopping, grocery, and restaurants close by. We will definitely be back when we return to Houston!
