About this property

Our specious cozy townhouse locates in the central of Rotorua, closed to all shopping malls, restaurants and tourists attractions. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one internal garage. Our spacious sitting room and master bedroom are a bonus . Our beautiful garden with safety iron gate locked up, it's great for the family to have a lovely and relax holiday while enjoy the convenient location. Opposite our house there is children's playground, boys high capacious playground , Kmart shopping mall and inner city bus station. We provide cotton linen , kitchenware, tea/ coffee, towels, big TV, and unlimited fiber internet . We also provide some toys for the family who have kids to entertain. Our house has 3 queen beds , 1 Double, 1 king single and a spare spring bed, so it can fit up to 9 people , great option for the whole family to stay.

Excellent location for the city and tourism spots

Nancy is a great communicator. The accommodation was clean, with crisp well made beds, great location and well equipped. The place has a 70s vibe with the architecture and is well maintained. Great neighbourhood with plenty of parkinga mall close by and a park across the road. There is a great Mexican place around the corner too! Thanks so much for the stay Nancy. Will stay again next time we are in Rotorua 💙

Wonderful Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. Nancy was so inviting and making sure we were settled in. Location was very convenient. Home was very cozy. We would definitely stay again.

The house and perfect car garage were great for us. The house is quiet, functional, very clean and spacious and had all we needed to fix breakfast. It is dated but comfortable. Needs a little TLC. Would stay again. Thank you!
