The atmosphere in Clearwater Beach is unhurried; the temperatures are warm with refreshing gulf breezes; and the range of leisure activities is as plentiful as the island's days of sunshine per year.

Because Clearwater Beach is a small island between the coast of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway, one is never far from the water. Naturally, water and beach-based activities abound.

If you like to stroll along the shore, swim, bike, or jog, you'll feel right at home on Clearwater Beach. The farther north you go, the more fascinating the scenery becomes as you approach Caladesi Island. Caladesi Island is a nature preserve where you will find trails, beautiful live oak trees have been sculpted over the centuries by the sea breezes.

Overall

Convenient to everything, very nice neighborhood. Washer and dryer were excellent, dish washer barely adequate. Shower curtain in need of a good cleaning. Grill worked fine. The view was beautiful.

Great property, average experience

Amazing location. Nice sized property that could use some sprucing up. For a monthly rental I was surprised we could not find a broom or vacuum. We bought a vacuum for our time there. They do allow pets but make sure you communicate that directly to them ahead of time. When booking I selected the “yes” box to pets. I learned a few days after our check out the owner doesn’t receive that info and I was charged for my pets after the fact. Don’t think a pet charge is unfair but that experience was unpleasant. Air conditioner wasn’t fully functional. They sent out a contractor but he wasn’t able to resolve the issue. We were provided an upright room unit for the duration of our stay. We also had pest control come by twice and a home inspector once. Understand things need to be done but this felt excessive for the month we were there. Especially for the premium you pay to have a rental on the water in Clearbeach. Allison in the office was kind and professional to deal with.

Perfect location

On a quiet street yet within walking distance to beach and all restaurants and attractions. We had issues with wi-fi and septic but they were taken care of.
