Great place to stay for our trip…

Needed a place to stay for a few days on our trip to Oahu and this place was great. Close to everything and comfortable. Thanks.

Misleading

Do not be fooled by the photos online. The only good view of the ocean is from the bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable/hard, had crunchy protection pad, and no fitted sheet. Did not sleep well also due to noisy AC unit. Sink and tub drained were clogged. Left after the first night, will never go back.

Wasn’t as expected and could not stay in unit

We did not stay after having a few issues right off the bat. First, there was dirty linen and a bag of dirty towels laying on the bed. We smelled the odor of marijuana as soon as we walked and and finally, something caused my wife to have a reaction which made it difficult for her to breathe. We immediately told the property manager/customer service person and explained that we could not stay there. Currently in limbo as to whether we get any of our money back.

Uncomfortable

The bed in the studio was extremely uncomfortable. It had a rubber mattress protector which made it more uncomfortable. To top it off the sheets were not fitted.

We tried hard to make the room as "serene" as possible to give everyone the relaxed vacation. Beach, shops, and restaurants are only steps away. Very convenient. Bus stops are close by for those who doesn't like driving. Please relax and enjoy your stay. Our friendly & attentive manager will do his best to make your stay comfortable and memorable."
