The house has -1 King, 2 Queens, 3 Double, Two single Beds, 2 washers and dryers, a Full Sized Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, dining room and Outdoor Screen Porch, With BBQ Grill. Close to Lake Michigan Oval Beach and Private Deeded Beach of Silver Lake;across the street and 400 Feet , Down a Private Drive. TV , Dish Network and All Convenient Amenities Are Available. This is a Must Stay at Location. Ideal for Families and Friends. Enjoy a girls weekend, the change of colors, Harvest time and the Summer Beach. Watch the outstanding sun set , sipping a glass of wine from a local Vineyard.

Maximum occupancy for the main house is 8-10 and bonus room 6. Wash the sand off from the beach in our outdoor sun shower both children and adults love it. You just can't beat it.

We had a fabulous stay at this home!

This house is great! We had 6 adults and 4 kids and we all had plenty of room. We loved being able to walk to Silver Lake Beach to fish and swim. It was also great to be a short drive from downtown. Len did a fantastic job of communicating and answer questions, as well as offering advice on things to do. I would highly recommend this house! We all really enjoyed all the amenities, especially the screened in porch:)

Wonderful vacation!

We were very happy with the house and really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group, my husband, myself, our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room and we really enjoyed eating dinner on the patio and screened porch. After a full day at the beach it was great to enjoy the warmth of the pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware etc. Leonard was very easy to work with and very helpful. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in!

Great vacation in Saugatuck. Lovely private house with pool and great outdoor spaces & firepit.

Wonderful experience renting this property. House was very well equipped, cookware galore, plus gas grill. Lots of space for family games and quiet reading areas. Bonus room was perfect for our 3 grandaughters! Loved the pool and the screened in porch. We were close to Oval Beach, kayaking, hiking and blueberry picking. Len was very helpful at every step of the process, answering any and all questions! Great vacation!

A great family vacation

All 13 of us had a wonderful vacation The beach was warm and enjoyable. Our children enjoyed refreshing swim. The younger children enjoyed the slip and slide in the yard. The BBQ was wonderful., everything from hamburgers to steak. Grand father went bass fishing a enjoy the luck catching 3 nice large mouth bass. This was the second stay at this house and we have never been disappointed. The owner is gracious and very responsive. Deffinately 5 /5 rating. .

Loved it!

Our group of 14 had an excellent experience! We loved the home and property, and Leonard was kind and helpful from booking to answering a few questions during our stay... Everyone in our group agreed that if we were to return to Saugatuck to vacation, we would love to stay at this property again, and/or check out the “Ocean Beach” property as well. Many in our group thought that our house would be directly on water; however, it was not. We did have private beach access, and it was only a short walk across the street and down a little path. By no means did expectation vs reality spoil anyone’s fun, it was just a little different than envisioned. To wrap it up - a great time has by all! Everyone commented they would give it very high marks!

As a young boy , teen and young adult. Lenny, was was intimately involved with water as a professional Clammer on the great south bay , gill netting the Atlantic ocean.This area has a strong attraction to Lenny. Seeing the harbor, the sand dunes the back waters that he was so familiar with as a young adult.
