About this property

This large and cosy house with sea views is located in a quiet, upmarket area near public transport (MyCIti buses). The house holds four comfortable bedrooms upstairs (the two large bedrooms are en suite), a large kitchen, two lounge areas, a dining room and two TV rooms. The spacious pool and braai area is located at the back of the house and leads out from double doors of the large dining and living space. Situated near the slopes of the Lion’s Head mountain, morning cups of tea or coffee will get you peacefully started for the day with the beautiful views.

The house is in proximity to many delightful restaurants, cafes, shops, the popular Sea Point Promenade and just a 5 minute drive to the V&A Waterfront, City Centre and the beautiful Camps Bay beaches. You will love this house for its location, comfort and coziness. A perfect spot.
