O apartamento é ótimo!

O Apartamento é ótimo, superou as expectativas minhas e de minha família. O custo benefício foi compensa. A única coisa é que o pessoal da portaria ficou questionando quando íamos embora o que gerou um pouco de desconforto já que foi entregue uma cópia do contrato para eles e lá menciona as datas e ficou nos cobrando quanto a "porta do prédio ficar aberta, sendo que foram poucas as vezes que saímos e entramos no prédio e tomamos esse cuidado, além disso o aviso sonoro da porta aberta, que dava para escutar do apartamento era frequente, sendo que não era os "visitantes" que estavam saíndo ou entrando naquele momento. Mas fora isso, foi muito bom. Recomendo! Obrigado!

Atendimento e imóvel impecáveis

Senhor Altevir muito atencioso. Nós forneceu todas as informações sobre o imóvel, inclusive com uma lista do comércio local com endereço e telefone. A limpeza do imóvel nos surpreendeu, pois pela primeira vez não foi preciso fazer uma faxina antes de usar um imóvel locado. Apartamento amplo e muito confortável. Senhor Altevir e senhor Ambrósio muito atenciosos. Apenas senti falta de travesseiros e uma chave reserva. Pretendo voltar outras vezes.
