The entrance to casita is off San Felipe Street, which is the corner of Otowi and San Felipe. GPS will take you to the front of the house. But please do not come to the front of the house. All you need to do is to go around the corner on San Felipe. You will see "casa Alegre" sign next to the sliding gate. Please SLIDE the gate manually sideways to open and park your car inside the property by the garden gate. Disregard the keypad on the wall by the gate. Please close the gate all the way once you are in or out and lock the gate latch for the night. That is your responsibility for your safety. The sunroom door will be unlocked at all times (ignore the key box), when you are not there but you can always lock it from inside when you are in. Your key code for casita door is: “Yale3369^" to open, and “Yale” to close.
The light switches are on your left upon entrance, the kitchen lights are in the kitchen area. There are motion lights in the parking area, at casita, and inside the sunroom. There are patio lights. You will have full kitchen, including dishwasher, washer and dryer. Breakers are behind the mirror next to TV screen. There is an Apple TV with wired internet. For Wi-Fi info: look in your Guest resources/trips/reservation....
Garbage bin is under the sink, outside recycling bins for plastic and paper. Please do not recycle glass in outdoor big blue recycling bin. It doesn't take glass., leave the glass in a blue bin at the sunroom. The water is filtered in the entire casita: good for drinking & shower. The blinds are CORDLESS: just pull/push them gently down or up. The skylight blinds pole is in the closet. You can close them at night in the winter to keep the temperature warmer.
Air conditioning & heat remote is on the wall under the unit. Optional heat Temperature settings are (68F - 72F). Daikin tell: (505)888.9717 in case of problems. We have a wall heater/ fireplace/electric for extra heat and entertainment. We did some small changes based on guests' requests that you don't see on the picks. If you need anything, please let us know. All appliance's manuals are above kitchen sink cabinet.
The shower has options for steam.
No smoking!
No shoes inside! Hawaiian style.
