Urban Sanctuary on Holt

We recently transitioned over 100 listings from the Stayz platform to Home Away. We were unable to carry forward our amazing past guest reviews. We can assure you that we have enjoyed providing many five star stays over the past 15 years and feel free to contact us to experience The Hotelesque Service.

You will find yourself central to everything vibrant in Surry Hills and Darlinghurst when you stay in this compact, one bedroom sized studio apartment. The perfect place to call home while staying in Sydney; you can enjoy a relaxing drink on the spacious and sundrenched balcony, knowing you are only minutes from the centre of the CBD and all with an impressive range of cafes and restaurants a few steps from your front door.

This contemporary space has recently been tastefully outfitted, with a vibrant splash of colour and offers everything you need to settle into the buzz of city life. This charming apartment welcomes you as you walk along the entrance corridor, passing the galley kitchen fitted out with stainless steel appliances; perfect for preparing your favourite tasty treats. As you make your way toward the balcony, the open plan living area pans out before you and offers a surprising, light filled space to entertain family and friends. Continue around the corner and you discover the large bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and ensuite. The bedroom has been carefully concealed by the wardrobe to offer a private and generously sized space that is not in full view from the rest of the living area. A small internal laundrette completes this lovely home.

A 10 minute walk will get you into the city, to Art house film venues or to Prince Alfred Park. This location is a food, fashion and entertainment hub to help you make the most of what Sydney has to offer. You can walk into the CBD or access the fast broadband and work from here. Trains and buses are only a few minutes walk down the hill to Central Station.

Inner city stylish comfort

Lovely apartment. Beautifully decorated, very close to the city and everything you could need. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful despite being so close to central. Check in process was a breeze, would highly recomend.

Great Stay in Surry Hills

My stay was great. The apartment appeared as listed and met my expectations. You lease be aware that this property is managed by a large management company. Their booking manager was easy to communicate with. Their property manager and stay team were difficult to communicate with (they requested to communicate off VRBO) and did not have local recommendations. I ended up talking with neighbors for recommendations and suggestions for dining, a working cafe, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would stay here again.

Delightful apartment in great neighborhood

This apartment is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. It has all of the amenities you can need during your stay. The location is amazing, close to the train system and the neighborhood is great.
