Sea Le Vie is an absolute ocean front holiday home located on the headland in Culburra Beach. This 3-bedroom holiday house is positioned between two surf beaches which are only a hop skip and a jump from your door.
Sea Le Vie has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, a fully equipped kitchen and large living and dining areas which treat you to gorgeous views over the ocean and north to Gerroa. The living areas integrate with the large timber deck furnished with sun lounges, an outdoor dining setting and a huge gas BBQ. At the bottom of the yard is the outdoor picnic area with table and chairs. Imagine summer evenings sipping on your favourite refreshment while catching a glimpse of a passing whale or dolphins at play.
Sea Le Vie will accommodate up to 6 people featuring a king size bed in the master bedroom with en suite and the gorgeous ocean views, a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 singles in the third.
Note that the garage is not available for use at this property.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.Â
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.Â
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks or any illegal activities.Â Â
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.Â

This property will consider bookings for "schoolies". However, these bookings can only be made byÂ applicationÂ - a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable 7 days prior to the stay.Â
