Best location

The location is exceptional, with wide views of Surfers, Rainbow Bay, Ocean, Waves, Greenmount Hill. You have fresh air breezes and have the beach directly in front, simply walk across and swim in off shore breezes for the majority of time, which is an advantage compared to other locations that have the SE breeze onshore at other beach locations. This unit is walking distance to Coolangatta. The only issue and it is a major one is cleanliness of the unit, the shower had substantial mould which could have easily been cleaned by any individual who understands the standards of cleaning and that is in itself the issue with a lot of cleaners they simply have never been trained/educated/instructed into how to clean. I fixed the problem myself by buying a cheap mould cleaner, sprayed and within an hour it was gone and I gave it another spray during the stay to finish it off and left the cleaner behind, whoever the cleaner is gets money for nothing, nobody should have to start cleaning as soon as they arrive on holidays, RBR should change cleaners or have a standard inspection sheet that they tick off.
