Summary:
A beautifully presented 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment along Currumbin Creek. With 1 balcony off the living room you can relax while looking out to the lovely Currumbin Creek and enjoy the cool breeze in the courtyard out the back of the unit.

This apartment is tiled through with ceiling fans in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and the internal laundry has a washing machine. Both bedrooms have a queen bed in each and the main bedroom has an ensuite.

Currumbin Creek is the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, standup paddle boarding, and you might even see some dolphins go by. There's also playgrounds for the kids in the grassed area. All this just across the road!

Being in a great location in Currumbin, the beach is close by as well as local restaurants, Currumbin RSL and the Pines Shopping Centre.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Great location

nice clean apartment if looking a little tired. Not great instructions for the huge set of keys you are handed. No clear instruction as to accessing the garage and it was absolutely pouring down when we arrived ,but we couldn't see were to activate the garage door so parked on the street and got thoroughly soaked unpacking the car. the heater was temperamental and the only form of heating. No dryer either so our wet cloths had to stay wet. Nice views and easy walk along the river to good cafes. however we felt for the price a reverse cycle aircon unit and a dryer would be a welcome addition.

A pleasant stay at Currumbin Creek

The apartment was great value for that part of the Gold Coast. The views of the river were pleasant, and there were good parks and walks along the water. The apartment is on the ground floor, and close to the car park, though you need to take luggage up the stairs from the basement carpark or bring them in from the road at the front. The unit is not air-conditioned, but for our stay the ceiling fans worked well enough. The road at the front is busy and noisy, but the noise is adequately softened by a second set of glass doors to the balcony. There is a bus stop out the front which may be handy. There is quick access to the old highway so getting to other parts of the Gold Coast is very easy. The beach at the mouth of the river is a favourite with surfers, and young families. The river is well supported by kayakers and paddle-boarders. It is a substantial walk to the surf beach, but an easy drive. We are likely to return.

Another great holiday at this Unit

For the second year in a row we have enjoyed a lovely three weeks in this most comfortable and well equiped Unit with views out over the many activities on the Currumbin Creek ocross the road. We should also mention the great service and assistance from the staff at L J Hooker Currumbin. We look forward to hopefully returning next year.
