About this property

This is the perfect place to stay while either joining friends and family or looking to relocate to the area. We are both Realtors with over 40 years together in Eagle, Boise, Meridian and the Treasure Valley. Walking distance to great dining and boutique shopping. Our Real Estate office is just a quarter mile away. Please let us know if you have any questions about the area or would like to take some time to tour the area with us and possibly look at some specific properties. Totally remodeled from the ceiling to the floor with granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom, New cabinetry throughout the kitchen and both bathrooms, subway tile backsplash in kitchen and bathtub surround, everything is new regarding the townhome itself. Large flat screen w/Blu-Ray player and 185 Channels in the greatroom and an elevated flat screen in the master. Exceptionally equipped kitchen with new microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you could possibly need. All this along with plenty of spices and condiments, you will soon realize that all you need is your clothes, food and toiletries. You are within walking distance of the center of Eagle with many great restaurants and boutique shopping close by. The GreenBelt runs through Eagle giving you the opportunity to either ride your bike or walk the GreenBelt along the Boise River all the way to Boise if you want. The home has covered parking and additional parking immediately adjacent to the townhome.

Great place!

Home away from home

The owners thought of everything to make our stay so very comfortable, even dark washclothes to remove makeup. They were always available for our calls or texts. When we come back to Eagle, we want to stay here again.

Super stay

Extremely well stocked and equipped property. Location was very convenient to where we needed to be. The owner was very cooperative in meeting our needs including our need for unscented linens.
