My family has roots in the area since the mid 1800s. My great uncle Allan Healy even wrote the definitive history of Charlemont. If you have any questions about the house or the area please get in touch.

Why they chose this property

There are few places left in the world where we can slow down and re-connect with our natural environment and ourselves. New England and in particular this area offers the chance to get away from the stresses of modern life.

What makes this property unique

Large comfortable sofa and chairs. Comfortable beds all with duvets and pillows. Large fluffy towels. This house offers a unique taste of rural new England with all the comforts of home and will have a calming effect on all. Also features a functioning wood stove within the kitchen for chilly days or for creating a cosy atmosphere.
