Ocean View Port Geographe 8/10
Extra handtowels (was only 1 for 3 bathrooms) would have been useful and I'm sure a full sponge (rather than a cut in half one) would have been a lot better and made wiping down the benches easier. Even providing a couple of chux clothes (which are so cheap) would have been good.

Enjoyed the stay.
Stayed 29/03/2019 to 01/04/2019
Lovely and relaxing
Property was clean and well maintained. Great for a weekend away or a longer stay.
Very comfortable beds and no hassles with parking
Good Location, Poor Amenities
Although the location was great there were many flaws with the property. Firstly, upon arriving to the house, most of the interior felt sticky and unclean and had to be wiped down before any use. Secondly, all the bedrooms had thin metal blinds except the en-suite and did nothing to stop the sun from waking you each morning at 4:30 am. Unfortunately we had to purchase many utensils and cookware as the house lacked tongs, use-able pans (all were scratched and peeling), chopping boards were stained and smelly even after you cleaned them, accompanied by dull knives. Even something as simple as the clock was not working. The clothesline was filthy and covered in cob-webs which had to be wiped down before use. When going away on holiday it should be relaxing, enjoyable and clean, not having the guest clean up areas of the house before being able to sit down peacefully. Although the location was good, the amenities were very very poor. I hope that the owners make some changes for future guests that wish to stay so close to the lovely marina.
Townhouse is located on the Port Geographe marina by the ocean, with a restaurant an bar within walking distance. There is also a playground for children and bike paths.
THE DECK The Deck Restaurant and Bar is just a short walk away, great for a few drinks and a bite to eat.
SHOPS The closest food shopping is in Busselton where there is a Coles and Woolworths plus many other specialty shops, cafes and restaurants.
BUSSELTON JETTY An iconic part of Busselton’s history. Stretching 1.8km long, why not have a look at the Information Centre on the Beach end of the Jetty for some local history, take a walk out on the Jetty or even catch the that runs regularly out to the end of the Jetty. At the end of the Jetty is the UNDERWATER OBSERVATORY which is a fabulous view of life under the sea and all its creatures. Entry tickets can be bought online or through the Busselton Jetty Information Centre.
BEACHES Just a short walk away is the secluded stretch of Wonnerup Beach, around in Busselton are more beautiful sandy beaches with crystal blue water stretching all the way around the bay to Dunsborough. We really are spoilt for choice in this area.
