Security Bond:
A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking.

Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. We try our best to have the properties ready for a 2pm check in however during peak period the check in time may differ.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.

Unfit for habitation

The only toilet had access available only externally, very inconvenient after sunset in dark and cold breeze. Mould on bedroom joinery and in shower, and a lot of incomplete joinery with gaps and rot and rising damp evident. No hot water plumbed to bathroom vanity.

Quiet retreat to recharge

A true hidden gem. We love the simplicity of our stay. Great little place, fun games room, awesome outdoor area and a fantastic view. We already booked again and we keep coming back. Thanku Kim and Evan

Two day getaway

Lovely cosy little house. Beautiful views. Was nice early walks along the basin shore. Everything you could need was provided. Because the weather was cold we enjoyed the games room watching the footy and playing pool. The heater inside made the house toasty warm. Even though the house itself needs some structural repairs, it's a great place to relax and unwind and would love to return in warmer weather

A simple shack with a lot to offer in a beautiful location.

I had three teenagers who only wanted to spend time kayaking on the beautiful waters of St George’s Basin. The shack had everything we needed and more, and the teenagers were thoroughly entertained with the pool table, outdoor TV and kayaks. Would definitely recommend this property.
