Welcome to Happy Days Surf House!

Walk out the front door, cross the road, walk down the steps and you are on Sandy Gully beach - it is really that close! This house is comfortable and cosy and has great views.

The three bedrooms upstairs as well as a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen make it suitable for a large family or 2 families. Downstairs has 2 bathrooms, a sun room and a separate area with a table tennis table. The rear garden area has a sensational courtyard with BBQ, outdoor furniture and a fire pit.

Overall, Happy Days Surf House is exactly as the name suggests and will not disappoint. Families Only.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Awesome location, property needs some love

The location of this property is outstanding however the property itself needs some attention. No air con was ok, but when the balcony door and the windows don’t have a fly wire screen, the insects pour in on a hot night. The doors are difficult to lock, if you can get them to lock at all. The oven is average at best. This could be quite amazing place to stay but without some attention I would not stay there again.

Stunning Location

A classic beach house, in one of the most stunning locations close to everything. Amazing back outdoor area and stunning views from the front deck. A fantastic location for friends or a family getaway! Highly recommend!
