This delightful 3-bedroom 70s style home will appeal to families or couples looking for a cozy beach getaway that won't break the budget.

As the name suggests it has many retro aspects but with the modern comforts of reverse cycle aircon, iPod doc, coffee machine, modern outdoor setting and polished wooden floors.

If it's a golfing trip you're on, you'll love the short 5-minute walk to the Anglesea Golf Course. The kids will enjoy the bike ride or walk to the nearby Coogoorah Park and river. For the beach goers, simply pack the car with your boards and take the short 5-minute drive to the beach. If you're the stay-at-home person, you'll love the north facing deck on those sunny days for soaking up the sun or enjoying a good book. From here you can also admire the scenic bush land views. Whatever the occasion you're sure to have a pleasant stay.

Well equipped family accommodation

This is a lovely property with a great backyard for kids to play in, and a well equipped deck. It is an older style but has all the features you need, and was very clean and well maintained. It’s in a nice quiet area but you will need a car to go to the beach or shops.
