This townhouse has two bedrooms, and two full baths, on the North shore of Kauai in Princeville Resort, and situated alongside the 27-hole Makai golf course. The ocean view unit is tastefully decorated with top end furniture and original artwork.

The condo has a complete kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows, and bed coverings. This private condo also includes a comfortable living room with comfy sofa and seating area, HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, laundry machines, free onsite parking for one vehicle, and private access. Two lanais from which you can enjoy Kauai's outdoors, with the primary family room lanai providing unobstructed views of the Pacific and of several Makai Golf Course holes.

The Puamana complex offers a peaceful escape from the “bustle” of your busy life. Located amongst tropical trees and green hills, you can enjoy the pool and outdoor lounging area just steps from your townhouse. The main attraction at Puamana, however, is the pristine white sands of 'Anini Beach, just an 8-minute walk from your front door.

Beautiful Apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 4 and our two boys were able to have their own room with one being the loft room. The kitchen, living and dining space is new and beautiful. The back porch overlooks the golf course and ocean. The roosters were not that bad which is better than some of our past Princeville stays. Oceanfront was not great with communication as we booked the trip thru AirBnb and then they were sending emails and it was difficult to keep up on communication. It would be better if they just communicated everything thru Airbnb so everything is in one place. They also dropped on us the week before our visit that there was roofing work going on in the development. When we arrived it was clear this work had been going on when we booked it and it would have been nice to know. Luckily no one really works before 9am so it was not an issue.Great place, great location, we would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The north shore of Kauai is my favorite place on this side of heaven.... The accommodations were mostly good..... it was a little dirty on arrival the dish washer was over full of party dishes that I didn’t have the energy to dry off and put away.... I didn’t use dishwasher for that reason so I hand washed everything.... The vacuum cleaner was overfull and didn’t properly suck up the debris on floor so that was annoying.... The fans in the bedrooms were dirty so when I turned them on they blew dirt on clean bedsheets.... Aside from these few things it was wonderful.

Gorgeous remodel in a perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lanai is a gorgeous outdoor space. To the right, a tiny corner of the Westin is visible, but not audible. The condo neighbors were also respectful and didn’t disturb the quiet. The location is extremely convenient being only 5 minutes from Foodland shopping center. Beautiful Anini Beach is about 10 minutes by car and Hanalei Bay is also about 10 minutes. Reserve entry to Ha’ena state park via the gohaena website asap and learn the access hours for the Hanalei road via . We visited after the 2021 remodel, visiting from San Francisco. The condo is spotless and the updates are modern and stylish. It was impressive to see that the owners responded to the constructive criticism in older reviews. The carpet was replaced with wood floors. The upstairs level now features a landing with the master bedroom being enclosed with wall-to-wall closets and an en suite bathroom. Other things we loved included plenty of high-quality soft towels, including beach towels, huge bath sheets, and smart TVs. The master bedroom has an enormous bathroom with a bathtub fit for a mansion, ample vanity, and a separate shower. We could have stayed a month. The kitchen had everything including a wine fridge, new countertops, and decorative wire baskets and jars to store food items. The outdoor closet had everything we needed. There were Tommy Bahama chairs, noodles, a soft cooler, umbrella, kids’ toys, and even a yoga mat. We would return in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great stay in Kauai! Our condo was fantastic! The condo was clean, cute, and rooms and the best part was the large porch. It was so nice having breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening with an ocean view! We will definitely stay there again!
