This beautiful 3 bedroom single story home is in the Windsor Park village of the popular Remington Golf Community. Remington Golf boasts an 18 hole championship visually striking course with a complete practice area including a unique water driving range. This course is a mile from its sister course, Kissimmee Bay Golf Club. Remington Golf Community is just 1.5 miles north of the intersection of the Florida Turnpike and Hwy 192 which offers great access to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios theme parks. Shopping and dining can be found in either direction on this central artery. This home is ideal for families with kids, golfers and snow birds. Remington is just a short drive to the Orlando International Airport and is a gated community with the security gates manned at night.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

January vacation

Very nice house in a safe neighborhood House was very clean. Close to Disney world, mecum auction, and Restaurants, stores etc We could not figure out how to adjust Thermostat.

Great stay

Home is very large and comfortable, just like the photos. Biggest pro for me was the cleanliness of the home. We were traveling with 3 kids and the pool alarm made me feel safer, we still had to watch them like hawks, but it was good to know they couldn’t just go out by themselves. Plates, mugs, glasses, Most of the stuff you need was all provided.

Beautiful view!

Great view and neighborhood. Wish we'd known about all the things we needed to bring with us before we left our home. We were told about these things in email after we were 3 hours into our drive down there. Wish we knew only one bedroom had a TV also. A little disappointing. Teeny, tiny black ants in kitchen and other areas too. Didn't bite though.

Very Clean comfortable house in nice area

We enjoyed our stay, loved the pool, nice neighborhood. A few comments though…. .No book for your guests with restaurant recommendations, info on the area, etc. An explanation on how to get cable on living room tv would have been welcome in lieu of guesswork. .You were very precise about not providing much other then the accommodation. Usually there are condiments, extra shower gel, whatever, left from previous guests or owners/management. We were amused by the note about the towel count and that we would be charged if any were taken. We appreciated the tiny bars of soap in the bathrooms, lol. .The neighbors on one side are lovely. On the other side you have a home with torn screens blowing in the wind. An eyesore for sure, something your HOA may want to address.
