Three bedrooms available #1 single size bunk bed, #2 full size bunk beds and #3 Master Bedroom with kingsize bed. Bathroom with tiled shower. Also, refreshing outdoor private shower with boardwalk. Brick patio with table and gas grill on 600 ft deep lot. Lots of room for outdoor games croquet, basketball, soccer and much more. True Waterfront!

This house in on the water, with a private beach. Sit on the patio and hear the waves and watch the boats go by. Very nice! The home has a large kitchen that is very well stocked. Clean house, Good location, quiet neighbors. The host is very responsive and friendly.

Why they chose this property

5 star ratings from 100% renters last season. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of Location ( as close as one hour from Grosse Pointe and Detroit). 15 minutes N of Port Huron and Blue Water Bridge. This cottage is in freshly painted and in clean condition. The Electrical wiring was completely replaced in 2017. The pleasure of dimmers (especially over the kitchen table) and GFS outlets are a nice improvement. Carpets have been laid to add warmth to the tiled floors. There is plenty of open room for gathering together and relaxing while always having a full view of the Lake. ( great to see the water shifting with the wind).There are a couple of recliners to sit back and read a book and a daybed to stretch out by the natural fireplace.The lot is 50, x 600' with plenty of area to play basketball, soccer, practice golf(whiffle balls), croquet, badminton, etc. Easy to enjoy swimming and finding the Petosky( Michigan's State Stone) and other colorful unique stones, or building sandcastles. Whether during the day or under the stars there is a boardwalk leading to a private outdoor hot water shower.(everyone just loves the experience). A tiled shower is newly installed in the Bathroom for rainy days.(.Because of being on a septic system, visitors are asked to only flush TP.) A propane barbecue grill on wheels moves easily to the front or back or beach dining.
