It was horrible never go there. They accuse u of theft. I have more to offer then this house
From day 1 no hot water. My kids had to have the kettle boil to have a hot bath. Day 4- there was no water in water tank which explains it all due to hot water system exploding by this time we all wanted to go home. The air con wasnt clean we all got sick. The owners blame u for a hdmi lead that apparently went missing. Not that we need one. My home has everything. The owners need a cleaner who can clean and clean properly otherwise u get the blame. Even tho the house was kept cleaner then before we walked into it. Big mistake and never again. We went home a day early as we had enough and got sick. Had it booked while we were there. Went elsewhere and not a problem at all. Go figure. Cheers. I wouldn't even give this house a rating.
Amanda, being the Property Manager of Holiday Grove I am going to address what I believe is an unfair review. Firstly, if you had reported the problem with the HWS on day one, not day four it would have been rectified day one. As you are aware the HWS and broken water pipe was replaced, the water tank was refilled immediately upon being made aware of the problem. (a turn around of 6 hours). All done while you were out for the day at a public swimming pool out of town. 2. I inspected the property before your tenancy and confirm that the property was spotless before your arrival. 3. We were sorry to hear that you were ill with an ear ache , however it is highly unlikely that this was caused by the air conditioner or any other appliance in the property. The air-conditioner and filters were cleaned at the beginning of the year within recommended guidelines for holiday homes. 3. There was damage to the property after your departure, two cracks in the center panel of the shower screen door, marks on the walls from pencil and some sticky liquid. Missing items from the property, all of which the owner did not make any claim against you for. 4. I am unsure what you mean by had the property booked whilst you were there, there was no other booking whilst you were there or until after your departure date. 5. I have copies of the messages you sent to me advising that we were great in rectifying the HWS and water issue. It is unfair to write a bad review as the owner did not comply with your demand for a refund.
