This ski-in-ski-out cabin offers direct ski access to The Black Forest Express or The Bullet Chair (simply down the road or right across the street). Situated in close proximity to the Village Center, 15 minutes walking distance to restaurants, bars, groceries, and shops. Drive down in under 5 minutes!

Top floor – Master Suite has a custom log bed, luxury king mattress, and a goose-down duvet. The private ensuite has a beautiful glass shower and stunning mountain views.

Main floor - Comfortable living and entertaining space with open concept and cozy gas fireplace. Large custom wood table to seat 12 people, perfect for family suppers and lots of room for friends. The chef in your group will love cooking in the gourmet kitchen with every high-end appliance that one could need including an American Range gas stove. The kitchen has beautiful custom cabinets and a large capacity sub-zero fridge (spacious enough to fit a $1000 Costco run)! Cupboards are stocked with pantry staples for convenience. Island seating for 4 in the kitchen for socializing and snacking. There is a High VTU Canadian Made Crown Verity Gas Grill on the deck right outside the kitchen window. Small powder room on this floor as well.

Bottom Floor - Walkout basement with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7 total). The larger bedroom has a custom-built bunk bed with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) and a full bathroom with a glass shower and heated floors. The second bedroom has a custom-built bunk bed with a queen-sized mattress and a single mattress on the top bunk (sleeps a total of 3). Perfect for a family!

An additional full bathroom with a glass shower and heated floors is located on this floor, right next to the spacious boot room with bench seating. Plenty of room to store everyone's ski gear and boots! A stacker washer and dryer are conveniently available for your use.

Rec Room (within the garage) - designed for additional entertaining space, not for parking vehicles. Furnished with a pull-out sofa bed (double), electric fireplace, plenty of board games, a dartboard, and a full stand-up freezer. There is a tuning bench to wax and prepare equipment in preparation for the big powder day ahead!

Step outside the back door and you will find the private cedar hot tub and secure ski locker. Strap on your boots and you can be hitting world-class Okanagan Champagne powder within minutes!
