Villa Eva is a holiday home with an outdoor pool, an ideal choice for rest, relaxation and enjoyment of nature with sea view . The house has a large terrain around the house of 1500 square meters so you can enjoy the peace and beautiful views of Kvarner Bay and the islands of Cres and Losinj. The beaches are only 1.5 km away from the house (by road), the town of Labin is 4 km away and the big tourist place Rabac is only 9 kilometers away. The house is divided into 3 floors which are separated so that it is perfect for two or three families. In the basement there is a large swimming pool and guests have a large kitchen that serves to enjoy the swimming pool and two rooms and 2 toilets. In the basement guests also have a large terrace (open and covered terrace) with garden furniture and a large dining table. On the first floor is a large kitchen with a living room (large terrace with outdoor table and outdoor garden furniture) and two bedrooms and toilets. On the second floor there is a room and a kitchen with a living room, a toilet and a small terrace.
