The main open plan living space is on the ground floor andhas 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, easily accommodating 6 people.
The main bedroom boasts Queen Size bed, walk through robe, and private ensuite which opens onto a relaxing balcony with views of the water ways and mountains. Capture the sea breeze and enjoy the sounds of the surf as the sun sets.
The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and opens onto the same balcony for all to enjoy.
The third bedroom includes 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and timberflooring which creates a cooling and relaxing atmosphere and there is plenty of storage with built in robes in all rooms.

The main bathroom is located upstairsand has a good size bath (and shower).
The main living space downstairs has a collection of refurbished tiki furniture and pieces to suit the relaxed beachy vibe, including a large shell collection to admire. Fully tiled open plan living opens outto the front grassed yard which is large enough to run around, enjoy a game of cricket or just relax and take in the views. There are 4 outdoor entertaining areas. At the front of the house is a funky surfboard bar and stools to enjoy a relaxing drink overlooking the water. There is also an outdoor table and chairs to dine alfresco. The front grassed yard leads down to another dining area right on the canal (shared space with owners of Duplex 1) a perfect place to throw in a fishing line and crab pot to catch your own dinner. The back yard is a secluded area with small table and umbrella perfect to read a book and unwind.
The 70's kitchen is equipped with everything to make it feel like home but keep in mind there are some lovely restaurants to choose from that are a short distance from your front door.
The garage is converted into the games/watersports storage area, and also includes a washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a downstairs toilet.
The owners are generous enough to provide a selection of bikes and water sports equipment to allow the whole family to enjoy the holiday (used at your own risk). 2 bikes for adults and 1 for a child, as well as a kids scooter to explore the area. Tow the 2 wheeled trailer to take the kids and/or everything you need to explore other places along the estuary or beach or cycle all the way to Hastings Point, Cabarita Beach and Kingscliff if you're feeling energetic! Dont miss Hastings Point Headland to watch the whales on their migrating journey (April to September). A picnic set is also provided for your convenience.
Fishing Rods 2 estuary and 1 surf rod (BYO tackle).
2 StandUp Paddle Boards, 3 Kayaks (1 kid size), 2 body boards are provided to make the most of your coastal holiday (at your own risk).
A large collection of jigsaw puzzles and some board games are provided to fill this holiday with life long memories of 'old fashion family fun together'.

Unfortunately no parties or functions are permitted in the property, there are however numerous restaurants/clubs & resorts nearby. The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately a 60 minute drive North with Byron Bay approximately 40 minutes South and Gold Coast Airport 20 minutes drive.
