This spacious two storey, four bedroom house features generous open plan living with a large kitchen/ lounge and dining area that easily accommodates extended families and groups of friends. Additionally on the lower level there are two bedrooms, a combined laundry and bathroom as well as a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a five burner gas stove as well as a Pod Coffee Machine. Thoughtfully designed, guests are provided a drying room under the stairs and a ski/ board storage area at the bottom of the stairs.
Extending upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with their own TVs and both leading out to a large balcony overlooking the town and with views to Lake Jindabyne and mountains beyond. The sumptuous bathroom offers a large bath, double sink and two person shower with luxurious finishes and a focus on delivering a spacious and relaxing space. All bedrooms and bathrooms have electric heating for comfort.
This alpine experience is further enhanced with a private fire pit in the front yard with enough seating for everyone to relax, toast some marshmallows and recount stories of their day. Please note: The wood is not supplied for the fire pit but is available at the local service stations. Additionally, guests are provided a BBQ, free Wi-Fi and generous off-street parking in the driveway for up to four cars and is ideal for boating enthusiasts.
