Cozy Home just a 5 minute drive from Downtown San Antonio, Riverwalk, AlamoDome, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center & The Pearl District. Our home is located in the Historical Downtown Community with plenty of charm & character. We have a park just down the street in case you decide to bring your kids or dog. We have a front & back porch where you can drink your morning coffee. We have plenty of private parking for 4 cars, trailer & RV on our property. Very clean home, HVAC & Heat. Full kitchen available for guests to cook meals. We provide Fresh Clean Towels & Sheets for our guests. Ring Camera & Alarm System, Free Wifi & Smart TV.

Pets are allowed on a case by case & there's a pet fee. Please message me if you're bringing a pet. No Cats due to allergies. Thank you

Great Place

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so cute and had everything we needed for our stay! Our girls enjoyed picking their favorite artwork hanging on the walls! :) We really liked how close we were to everything we wanted to do. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or anything we needed.

The house is adorable! Furnishings areComfortable including the bed. Two bathrooms is a bonus. Three things that could be better; 1. DustOn pictures, floorboards, under bed, blinds. 2. The mini split makes a screeching noise everytime it turns on, made it hard to sleep at night. 3. The neighborhood is right on the verge of sketchy. I would not consider it walkable to downtown. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!! It is definetly a gem!

Quick stay

It was perfect for one night. Very cute little home. Very cozy. It was a little cold, the owner left us a few extra blankets so that helped a lot. The ac units are a little loud. We would have liked the property fenced for our dog. Other than that all was good.

My sister and I stayed here for one night while in town for a wedding and this cute little place went above and beyond my expectations! 100% would recommend. Its in a safe area relatively close to anything you may want to see or do!

House was tidy and comfortable, downtown area felt safe

The queen bed was comfortable, coffee with fresh, the house was eclectic and tidy, and door keypad check in was easy. Despite being so close to downtown, the area felt safe, plus the house has a security system for those who are accostumed to locking themselves in while they sleep. It was nice being close to the Alamodome and Riverwalk. Thanks for a nice overnight in SA!

Cool house with great histoty

We loved the house - perfect for us. Thanks for info about history of the property. It was a little bit far to walk to Alamo/River Walk - especially when it was 100 degrees. Great to have suggestions on cheap parking.

Perfect place to stay during your visit

This property is perfect to stay at while in San Antonio! It had everything we needed and we enjoyed relaxing in this cozy house for the time we were in town. Host was super communicative and addressed every question I had in a very timely manner. Highly recommend staying here when you visit!

My name is Lisa and this is my little Shotgun home built in the 1900's. I currently work as a realtor in Texas. Through out the years we have purchased older homes with a lot of character & charm. We love to rehab the homes ourselves. After rehabbing this tiny home we decided to keep it. All the plumbing has been replaced and the water pressure is great. We love to travel and restore historical homes. My husband also restores classic cars and he's very handy in welding. A lot of the decor is from local vintage stores through out Texas. My daughter is a musician and artists. Our home is filling up with local art work and some items we find along her travels. We believe in restoring the old charm.

Why they chose this property

Many of our guests come back for the charm and how close we are to downtown San Antonio. Our street is fairly quiet and we have plenty of parking space for Rodeo trailers or RV's.. Some of our guests want to downsize and try out living in a small home. It's perfect for a couple to live in full time. We get a lot of repeat business from people working at the local Henry B Gonzalez for conventions.

What makes this property unique

Many homes downtown have issues with parking but not us. Two long driveways and no parking permits required on our street. I have no neighbors in front of my home.. Bring your trailers, RV's, Horse trailers or band trailers.
