Keauhou Resort creates a relaxing Hawaiian escape with stunning views of the Hawaii ocean. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT. Vacationers will find plenty of Kailua Kona activities at their fingertips from this location. The Keauhou Shopping Center, Regal Cinemas Keauhou 7, and Kona Country Club Golf Course are all a short drive or Uber away. The beach is just down the street perfect for swimming, surfing, and walking on besides the water.

Large sliding doors unveil a lanai with an ocean view. Unwind in the living room on the plush seating situated in front of a mounted flat-screen TV. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for your entertainment. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests.

Several appliances and ample counter space aid a chef in cooking tasty snacks and meals. Call your guests to the formal dining table with seating for four to eat a home cooked meal together. If you prefer dining alfresco, gather on the lanai. Patio seating is arranged alongside lounge chairs. Bring a Mai Tai or a bottle of your favorite wine out here and indulge in the mesmerizing sunsets over the distant ocean.

The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, seating, mounted TV, and plenty of storage space. Doors lead to a second lanai with seating and a staircase to leave the unit. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity.

Keauhou Resort has an outdoor pool surrounded by tropical shrubbery. Lounge and patio seating can be found out here as well. Shared laundry facilities are also available.

Kona stay

A very nice property with a great view, very well situated in a quiet area with easy acces to the beaches, the shopping mall and Ali drive which leads you straight away to the centre of Kona. The equipment as well as the furniture was exactly as described in the add. A nice place to return to

comfortable stay - beware large bugs

Clean comfortable stay. The deck was very nice both upstairs and downstairs. For the most part it was clean although the kitchen is probably 30+ years old needs a cleaning an renovation. Very quiet. On the first night we flipped on the lights to have a six inch centipede scurrying around the bathroom floor my wife just about came out of her skin. I grabbed it with a washcloth and threw it out. The next morning, I went up to the office which was closed but there was a guy sitting on the deck next door he said he was associated with the complex. Nicely I mentioned to him about the centipede and of course I got the talking down to mainlander spiel that on the islands it's a rainforest and i need to just expect it. He said they spray, and it probably wouldn't happen again. Funny I've been to the islands 4 times and have never had to deal with this giant bug problem anywhere I've stayed. That night coming back stepped on a scorpion going down the steps to the lower area, small one maybe an inch, and then same thing that night 4-inch centipede on the bathroom floor. I attempted to crush it tough little dude took me 3 swats with my sandal to stun it and put it out. As you can imagine we wore sandals walking around for the remainder of our stay. The next morning headed up to the office and the same guy turned and walked away when he saw me coming. It wasn't a bad stay although a bit adventurous there were geckos everywhere and they are really cool! Will try somewhere else next time.

Great Place

Enjoyed my 8 day stay. Great peaceful location. Quiet except for one night a stray cat selected my condo deck to howl most of the night. Heard a few days later the cat was relocated. Another evening a couple in a nearby condo recreated a Jerry Springer episode by yelling at one another late into the night. Fortunately they behaved the other nights. Aside from those two incidents the place was great. Would stay there again. Sunset views from the deck were a treat each evening.

Beautiful unit, very peaceful! However only thing there was a mildew coffee filter left the coffee maker and the bathroom sink had a very slow drain.

Great Stay!

My partner and I honeymooned at one of the condos. We did find quite a few pests (ants, cockroach, centipedes), but the place itself is excellent with plenty of room and amenities.
