Beautiful Luxury Home with Great Pool, Amazing Views and Quiet Loving Neighbors

Casa Alegre, is a beautiful luxury house with arguably the best views in all of Punta Mita. It features four bedrooms, five baths and has 4200 sq. ft. of indoor air-conditioned space along with another 3000 sq. ft. of outdoor patio, pool deck and terrace space. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind amid the natural beauty/quiet serenity of Punta Mita and the designer inspired decorating throughout the residence. It is located within the El Encanto community of the gated Punta Mita resort. El Encanto is a private home enclave that has its own gate and 24/7 security staff.

Our house comfortably sleeps eight people and we specifically avoid having large groups as they tend to be both noisy and less respectful of the property and its furnishings. I mention noise as it has infrequently been an issue in the past with our neighbors all of whom are great people but aren't particularly thrilled with loud music and a lot of yelling and screaming. So far, we have been most fortunate to mostly have had guests who treat our home and our neighbors with great respect. We hope to continue to have such guests in the future.

We specifically designed and decorated our home to create a feeling of casual elegance. The outdoor family room, dining room, courtyard and pool all flow seamlessly with the indoor space and decorating to provide an overall feeling of harmony, spaciousness and optimism. It was important to us that we create an atmosphere of comfortable style, fun and fashion. We believe we have done so. Casa Alegre, which means house of Joy, has many amenities and features including:

-Magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean, Puerto Vallarta and Sierra Madres Mountains. We never tire of these views and in the winter months they are enhanced by the whales who visit annually and are seen playing just off-shore.

-Daily housekeeping Monday through Saturday which includes breakfasts being made for all guests. Private cook lunches and dinners is also available for an extra charge.

-A full sized swimming pool with water and gas fire pit features.

-Outdoor family room with 50 inch HDTV and gas fire place.

-Outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ grill, refrigerator and sink.

-High speed WiFi service throughout the property.

-Fully appointed and large indoor kitchen with wine refrigerator and breakfast bar.

-Large indoor living room with 70 inch HDTV.

-Fully enclosed outdoor courtyard with four large palm trees and a relaxing water wall. Courtyard can also be used as a fifth bedroom in a pinch with queen-sized Aero bed that comes with the residence.

-Spacious master bedroom suite with king bed, grand master bath, covered outdoor terrace with jaw dropping ocean views, HDTV and a Keurig coffee bar/refrigerator.

-Three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with two queen beds and one with two full size beds.

-Six person golf cart.

-Large garage for rental car and golf cart.

-State of the art AV system featuring three large screen HDTV sets and Sonos sound system.

-Full access to the Residents' Beach Club and limited access to the St. Regis Beach Club.

-Full access to the resort's tennis courts, both golf courses and fitness centers at prevailing rates.

-Daily housekeeping and breakfast service six days a week (not Sunday).

-Services of property management company and house concierge.

We are very pleased with the way our new home. It is very much a place you can relax in yet do so with a sense of comfort, elegance and style. While Casa Alegre is too new to have any reviews from guests yet, we have owned a three bedroom villa in the same El Encanto section of Punta Mita for five years and have rented it many times during this period.
