This nice two room apartment 42m² is of high standard and is decorated in a modern practical style with a number of redeeming features. It is located on the second floor (lift/elevator) of an extremely well situated building on the Savignyplatz, in the prestigious area of Charlottenburg. Just 3 min. walking distance from Kurfürstendamm. The apartment comprises of one double bedroom and a spacious living room area with a large expendable sofa bed for two and a fully equipped modern open kitchen.
The apartment have high ceiling rooms, as most of the typical old buildings in Berlin do. The apartment was recently remodeled and is in very good condition. Plenty of space for 4 people. Families are welcome. The kitchen is completely equipped and offers a dining area for 4 people. You will find all the necessary equipment to cook and bake easily. An iron with an ironing board is provided. It s also electrical fan is provided. Washer/Dryer in the apartment as well.
Apartment was recently updated with a new furniture and new big 43 inch WiFi Smart TV. You can watch your favorite shows on Netlix, YouTube or HBO. New bigger Sofa bed.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig und zentral in der Innenstadt West

Eine frühere schlechte Bewertung, die hier steht, können wir nicht bestätigen...es hat alles wunderbar geklappt....die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht... sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos...die Kontaktperson sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für Autofahrer ist die Lage schwierig, da überall nur Parkschein verlangt wird.(bis 22 Uhr)..aber auch hier gibt es eine kostenlose Lösung direkt nördlich des Ernst-Reuter-Platzes....nur ca 10-15 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Ausleihräder (Nextbike) stehen 100m am Savignyplatz entfernt. Die Lage in Savignyplatznähe ist hervorragend.

Berlin Experience

Fantastic flat with transportation a short walk around the corner. Perfect for two, but sleeps four. Groceries across the street and many restaurants close by if you don't want to travel downtown. Natalia is very helpful, friendly and professional, highly recommend.

Kein gutes Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis

2 Erwachsene, 1Kind verbrachten 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Übergabe erfolgte durch Natalie, die nett erschien und in nicht so gutem Deutsch einiges erklärte. Leider stellte sich schnell heraus, dass die Wohnung absolut schmutzig übergeben worden ist. Das Bad war NICHT gereinigt, auf dem Fußboden Haare und Flecken der Vormieter, auf dem Toilettensitz widerliche Hinterlassenschaften des Vormieters, der Schrank schief in den Angeln, lauter altes Kosmetikzeugs im Regal, die Wanne alt und abgenutzt, innen fleckig und rau. Der Fußboden in der Stube klebig, auf den zusammen gewürfelten Geschirr in der Küche noch viele Essensreste, der Griff vom Gefrierfach des Kühschrankes abgebrochen, so dass das Fach kaum zu öffnen war. Der Kühlschrank schmutzig und voller alter Essensreste, wo man nicht wußte, wie lange diese schon da lagen! Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war nicht bezogen, es wäre zu warm (bei normalen 25 Grad Tagestemperatur und sicher frischeren Temperaturen in der Nacht) sollten Bettüberzüge ohne Decke reichen. Ok, die Steppdecken habe ich selbst überzogen. Kissen lagen bezogen im Schrank, aber die stanken total alt, diese waren definitiv nicht gewechselt und einfach so bezogen vom Vormieter hinterlassen. Also habe ich erst einmal Bettwäsche gewaschen, zum Glück gab es eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung und dann alles sauber gemacht. Somit begann der Urlaub mit vielen Stunden putzen, statt mit Erholung. Ich finde es absolut respektlos uns gegenüber, so eine Wohnung so dreckig zu übergeben! Wir haben auch nicht wenig bezahlt und in jeder noch so billigen Ferienwohnung oder Hotelzimmer sollte doch Sauberkeit eine Grundvoraussetzung sein, schon aus Respekt und Anstand dem Gast gegenüber! Auschecken wie in einem Hotel ging ja vor Ort nicht, so mussten wir mit den Begebenheiten leben. Es gab noch diverse andere Dinge: der angegebene DVD Player fehlte, die Klinke der Badtür war lose, sodass die Tür n icht zu schließen war, nicht gut für die Privatsphäre, eine Jalousie in der Stube fehlte , da defekt.... Schieber im Stubenschrank kaputt, es gab keine normalen Abendbrotteller und so weiter. Die letzten Dinge kann man hinnehmen, wenn man keine Perfektion erwartet, aber Sauberkeit hat das A und O zu sein, der Vermieter bedankte sich im Nachhinein für meine Informationen, aber es kam nicht mal eine wirkliche Entschuldigung. Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen, wer Wert auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene legt!
