About this property

Clean Bright and Cosy 3 Bedroom House , only 300m to sandy beach, la provincia cafe and other safety beach stores. Our beach house has an enormous lockup backyard , plenty of room for a boat and jet skis behind locked gates.
There is a great outdoor area with large stainless steel 6 burner BBQ. updated with luxurious bedding and all the comforts of home including Nespresso pod machine and milk frother.

We are only 300m to the Martha Cove Marina and 400m to boat Ramps.

No bookings for anyone under or below 25 y/o. No parties allowed.
