My name is Elise, I bought the apartment as a single woman in 2015, but have recently moved out with my partner and his 2 Children. We needed a larger space for our growing family and to be closer to the boy's school. I love to travel and love meeting other travellers, so thought short term rentals would be a great way to stay connected to international people while still being home in Australia. I look forward to meeting you!

What makes this Apartment unique
Very quiet, despite being well located to public transport with easy access to the city and tourist attractions (including the #86 tram which runs all night on weekends) and the vibrant Collingwood/ Fitzroy neighbourhood. The apartment is in a small block of just 9 apartments (not a huge highrise). Both rooms are rented separately, so you may be sharing with another person (or you may have the whole apartment to yourself!). The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, so if you are on a budget you can stay in and prepare your meals at home. Includes full sized fridge with freezer, gas stove top and electric fan-forced oven. If you prefer not to cook (or want a night off) the apartment is very close to the famous Collingwood and Fitzroy area's where you will find a plethora of amazing restaurants and bars.
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
Home away from home.
This cozy flat is great value! Close to the tram which connects you to all the great things to see and do in Melbourne. Our host was very welcoming and assisting in every way!
