Beach Views

Views were excellent and the location was great. A spacious place but some maintenance issues that need to be attended to. There was gaffs tape on the parts of the floor, very steep steps with no rail and bathroom entrances that were not completely finished and a tripping hazard. Not ideal for elderly people. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.

Spectacular sunsets

We really enjoyed our stay. The house layout was great for us and the quality of the beds / mattresses was fabulous. The sunsets from the balcony where amazing. Easy to clean when we left and nice and clean when we entered.

Great View!

We spent Easter weekend with the family. The owner of the property had not booked a cleaner prior to our arrival & we arrived to a filthy kitchen, & bathrooms with the previous guests toiletries left behind (including their toothbrush in the shower & dirty socks under the main bed). The floors had not been vacuumed & there was LOTS of dust. Downstairs had an extreme case of spiders & nasty webs that needed to be dealt with. The kitchen had a smashed glass cooktop & drawers missing their handles. The ceiling fans had so much black dust built up on them that we didn’t even attempt to turn them on. Way too much clutter of items in the 4th bedroom required for guests with babies that needed to be stored in a more convenient location. Multiple picture frames leaning up against all the bedroom walls & hallway (which either needed to be disposed of or hung up properly). The house is certainly not safe for toddlers. Our kids were 8 & 12, it was fine for them. The property was advertised with a pool/billiard table downstairs (it’s not there anymore which was a huge let down). After spending my first 4 hours cleaning (with the cleaner that was booked by the agent to help us for an hour) we managed to get the property comfortable to enjoy a lovely weekend with amazing views! Beautiful location. The house has so much potential, it’s a shame to owners can’t keep it up to a maintained standard for their guests to enjoy it properly.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location - greatView - Spectacular Bed - Very Comfortable House needs new floor covering in living area Front door needs attention, lock is difficult Would not pass regulations regarding access to the property and the balcony outside the laundry door would be unsafe if used.
