Amazing zen getaway
property was very clean, nicely furnished. Kitchen was full of pots pans etc. great picnic table on the deck for outside dinner. highly recommend this zen cabin
This place is great! Met the owners, very nice people. We had no problems, it is very clean and beautiful! We will be back next year for sure!
The property was very clean and a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking or kayaking. The cabin is very private and situated right on Slippery Rock Creek. Located near Moraine State Park, and McConnells Mill State Park making it a great location. My wife and I did a couple of up river kayak trips right from the cabin. 2 hours and 15 mins out and 40 mins back. We had a lot of fun. We also hiked Slippery Rock Gorge, a 13 mile trail at McConnells Mill State Park with plenty of waterfalls and scenery and kayaked at Moraine State Park. Another fun place to visit is Living Treasures "Wild" Animal Park. The owners of the property paid us a visit and were very helpful and informative. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We highly recommend this property.
Quiet and serene
Everything was great in the cabin. Owners were great. Very responsive. The only draw back was the access to the stream. Rocks were loose and slippery due to rain. Steps would be great
Private cabin on the river
We really enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful cabin. The owner, Stephen, ensured we had everything we needed for our stay in addition to reply to my messages almost instantly both prior and during out stay. The cabin is very well maintained and has all the essentials you will need for your stay. One thing that I cannot stay for most places we rent is that EVERYTHING was in 100% working order! The cabin is very private with only one other cabin to the rear of the property. Even if people are occupying that cabin, they do not have a direct view to the rear of this cabin which makes it perfect for privacy. The cabin also has direct access to the river where we fished throughout the weekend.
Great place to stay
This is a well maintained cabin that is clean and very comfortable. The owner is very helpful and easy to contact with questions.
