The Village House in Alsancak, Kyrenia Northern Cyprus

A brand new traditional stone bungalow located in the heart of Alsancak Village . It has all the amenities within short walking distance. Good food, shopping and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. There is a table tennis that would keep kids entertained. Additional outdoor shower/toilet available to use while enjoying the pool and outdoor space. One of the best beaches in the area (Camelot beach) is 1 mile away. Beautiful mountains are easily walked to by taking a short stroll through the village. Sauna/steam room is available to use from November to March for an additional. Swimming pool is private( for your private use only).
The area is secured with the fence to keep small children from wondering away. High chair and baby cot are both available.
There is a parking available for your use. Local public transport is cheap and plentiful. Only 2 minutes walk away from the house.
Free welcome pack with essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, milk, water etc.) is provided.
Internet access is available throughout the house and private garden. Airport transfers are provided for guests on request to make your holiday completely hassle free.
Guests will be welcomed personally by Natalie the home owner and will only be a phone call away to answer with any questions.

Excellent

Probably the best holiday ive had for years. You couldn't fault it ,the accommodation was beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen, the walk in shower was huge. The pool area was stunning and very well maintained as were the gardens with passion fruit in abundance, the photographs really don't do it justice, now to the host! Natalie is a lovely lady ,very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble even offers of driving you to the beach and supermarket, The buses in to Kyrenia run every few minutes and are quite an experience , so if you are after a lovely relaxing holiday i would highly recommend this accomodation.

Great place to stay!

We spent 26 days in the house and had a wonderful time there. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. They always made sure tjat we feelt comfortable. The Place is quiet, very clean and close to Shops. We highly recommend the house, will definitely visit again!

Nice village location

The property exceeded our expectations, it was clean and welcoming, and in a central area. The outside was lovely and provided day long sunshine as there was several different areas for sitting out. Natalja was very warm and friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property and we will definitely return. Forgot to mention Natalja the kitchen area especially at the sink could benefit from some under cupboard lighting as it's a rather dark corner on a night, but manageable 😁

Have just returned from a 7 day stay. Would highly recommend. Beautiful location, very peaceful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Location in heart of village. Fantastic holiday.

Lovely place for a relaxing break

Accommodating host, considering our arrival time, lots of private outside space and situated perfectly for a few shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.
