Guests are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy manner similar to how they found it.
All Rubbish must be bagged and tied and put in the rubbish hutch at the side of the driveway. Hire linen used must be stripped from the beds and placed on the bathroom floor.
All used dishes pots pans etc must be washed dried and put away from where it came. Failure to do these items will see extra charges applied.

Be out of the apartment and parking by 10am after placing the key back in the key safe
