A long hall draws you to the rear of this inviting home where light streams into the open plan living, dining and kitchen. A peaceful colour scheme puts you at ease as you admire the contemporary and elegant furnishings and finishes, including a stunning glass balustrade. 

There’s no shortage of natural light and comfortable seating in the living area, while the lure of the cozy sitting area with fireplace invites you to take some time out. You’ll certainly feel connected through the open plan design and seamless indoor-outdoor living where views of the courtyard are on offer throughout. That includes the sparkling white kitchen where expansive countertops allow for ease of meal preparation while bench seating brings a casual element to the space. The dining area sits neatly off to the side of the kitchen and upholstered chairs ensure a long meal can be enjoyed in total comfort.

To make the most of warm weather, white bi-fold doors can be opened completely to the sun-soaked private deck which features a touch of glamour with dramatic black fencing and planters. Take a seat at the dining table in the paved courtyard or sink into the outdoor chair as you listen to the tranquil sounds of the water feature. If a family meal in is order, a BBQ is available and there’s enough space for all guests. 
Discover an idyllic night’s sleep in one of the four bedrooms from the calming styling of the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, to the two queen bedrooms and double bedroom. A spacious family bathroom caters to these bedrooms. And if you need extra space, you have the separate living area of the retreat room which also has a sofa bed.

The Area
It’s a breeze to get out and about when you’re situated in one of Port Melbourne’s most favoured streets where you’re close to the beach, cafes and public transports. Bay St shops and cafes are just a leisurely stroll and if you’re keen to keep your walking shoes on there’s so much on offer within a 20-minute walk including St Vincent Gardens and Port Melbourne Beach. A short tram ride will take you to Albert Park Lake and into the CBD, while the fun and excitement of the St Kilda Beach precinct is just a 30-minute trip.
