House of 90m² with a magnificent view over the tropical forest and lagoon, close to Lagoa da Conceição (3km) and the most beautiful beaches of the island (Mole Beach, Joaquina Beach, Campeche Beach). 2 bedrooms, large living room, SPA with Jacuzzi (hot water) massage table and shower design, garage, terraces and garden of 1500sqm. It is ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) who want a quiet place in a family environment and safe, in the middle of nature and close to beaches and the Lagoon.
The house is in a quiet location and next to nature, it is in a cul-de-sac and at the beginning of the Municipal Park of the Coastal Maciço which is an environmental protection zone.
It has a 1500 m² garden with native plants, tropical birds, wild animals and a trail to discover the forest. Ideal place to relax after the beach.
