As usual, AMAZING stay!
Absolutely wonderful return vacation for skiing for our family. The home owners have spared no expense with the details and amenities inside their home and we always feel like it's our home away from home when staying here!
Wonderful home, very nice amenities!! Quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes of Park City.
Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying at this home. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes of downtown Park City. Very comfy beds and nice sectional sofas with room to spread out. We will definitely be back!!
This was a perfect place for our family ski trip. We were conveniently located near great skiing and, after a wonderful day on the slopes, we came back to enjoy a relaxing evening in a beautiful home, equipped with all of our needs. Thanks for a lovely stay. We hope to come back!
We stayed for the month of August and loved this property. This was our 4th summer VRBO rental and by far the best. Great space, great views and very responsive and accommodating owners. The property is extremely clean and well maintained and located very conveniently to Park City and Deer Valley. Even though there was new construction going on across the street, the townhouse was very quiet as well. It is a great location far enough away from the traffic of Park City, but close enough to enjoy the great restaurants and all the other things PC offers.
We would definitely rent this unit again and look forward to returning soon.
Nice but could have been better
Overall the house is a good value for what you are paying but there were too many negatives to give it more than 3 stars. We would not stay here again.
When we booked we only had 2 adults listed as the guest when we were actually going to have 6 adults and a child. We did not know this mattered as there was no difference in price for different quantities of guest and the listing says that the house sleeps up to 8. However, when we got the greeting email from the owners I noticed a note that there would be a $100 per night charge for each guest above the reserved number. I immediately called them and got this taken care of but just be aware when booking.
The house is nice and new but wasn't set up for renting very well. The code to the house never did work. The owners had to let us in using their security system and we had to use the garage door opener the rest of the trip. The master closet still had all of their clothes in it. One of the bedrooms downstairs did not even have a closet to use at all as it was locked for their use only. The bedrooms also did not have very good lighting and there were no lamps. The listing says a 2 car garage but one of those cars is their Navigator. The fridge ice maker did not work and their was very little room in the freezer for anything besides 1 bag of ice because of all their food. The kitchen was nice but was not as well stocked as it should be. Also, there was lots of construction going on right beside the house.
However, the biggest draw back by far was the owners. My wife talked about how nice they were when booking as she had to call and ask them a question or two. However, once we booked, we never felt welcome. I'm not sure renting their vacation home is something they really WANT to do. There were so many rules (some of which were common sense). They have a smart security system and they kept track of us. They tell you to unplug two of the cameras inside but we still felt like we were being watched as they texted us twice to turn out lights (we were already trying to keep them off when not using them) and a third time to remind us what time the maids were arriving the day we were moving out because we were still there at 10:50 when move out was at 11. When you are on vacation you really don't want to be getting text asking you to turn the lights off when you aren't using them.
Lots of shared space
We are sorry you feel that way ~
We do love for people to come and enjoy are home.as we have taken great care in furnishing & fully stocking the home as per all of our other reviews
Just a friendly reminder to please reserve for the actual number of guest. Our home does sleep 8. Everything is in good working order.
