About this property

We have an adorable quiet and vintage carriage house located upstairs above a hillside. The structure was built in the 1920’s and has a balcony with views of sunrise and sunsets and lots of light. This is a walkable location and only 2 blocks distance to hip and funky places like coffee shops,, donuts and ice cream, resale clothing shops, a kids playground park, restaurants with outdoor patios, art galleries, pizza, and other unique and different sidewalk window shops and nightlife.

Centrally located and quiet peaceful location with great neighbors and walkable to just about everything you would need or want to do. Shops, markets, pizza, coffee, sidewalk traffic with breakfast, lunch, dinner and sidewalk vendors at night serving street tacos and hot noodles etc. A great nightlife too with dimly lit restaurants and bars.
