Large Home nestled at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon. 10 miles up the hill to Snowbird & Alta and a short drive to Brighton & Solitude resorts. Located just 25 minutes from the airport & also 20 minutes from downtown. 6 full bedrooms with plenty of space to hang out & also a Hot Tub with views up the canyon. 4 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed, 2x Twin Beds, & 1 Futon. 3 Fireplaces, one on each level with one being in the Master Bedroom. An outside dining area under a gazebo with another sitting area. Private neighborhood with parking a short drive from plenty of good restaurants & a few bars. Come stay in the heart of Utah Ski Country.

Awesome house

Huge house that fit 8 adults very comfortably. And perfect location for ski resorts in big and little cottonwood canyon. Tons of stores and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

We had a great stay. The house was spacious & had everything we needed. The location is just outside Little Cottonwood canyon, in a quiet neighborhood. Great mountain views from the hot tub.

Great home. Very roomy. Really nice Decour and lighting.

Very much so enjoy this house. Has 2 great family sitting areas. Entire home had a very warm and comfortable feel to it. I will definitely try to get this house next time I come to visit this area!!!

Fantastic house

We really loved staying here. The house was the perfect size for our girls trip. Lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed the exercise room and the hot tub was great. There are several hikes from the house which was great. We did a big waterfall hike one day. The house was fully equipped and clean. Highly recommend!

Large Little Cottonwood Canyon Home

Accommodations cost more for on hill options. I am a cook, & kitchen was well stocked. TV was tough to figure out, music streaming on devises, but all else was perfect for our larger group. Very comfortable!! D

Great location and well appointed house - easy access to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude. Plenty of space for our large group and spacious kitchen with everything we needed to cook for 10! Lovely stay, beautiful area.

Awesome slopeside location

Stayed Dec 2021 7 days. Perfect location close to Little Cottonwood Canyon. Massive house, very well kept up, super clean. Nicely equipped kitchen (one of best rental kitchens I’ve used). Hosts were super communicative too.

Excellent Location

My family and I came to UTAH to ski Alta/Snowbird and to celebrate Christmas together. We were so pleased that we found this house so close to the ski resorts and that could accommodate my family of 13. The first thing we noticed when we walked through the entrance was this beautiful Christmas tree and from that moment on we knew this was the place. This house was super comfortable, spacious, and so nicely appointed. We had plenty of room for cooking in the kitchen or just hanging out in the kitchen and the living areas. The view from the hot tub is over the top wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for anytime of the year. P.S. The beds were super comfortable! Caroline

Ski Reunion Weekend in Sandy Utah

We enjoyed the property and the weekend greatly. The house is in an excellent location near the canyons, it is more than fully stocked (extra silverware, extra cups, glass, plates, etc.) which is always nice with a large group. The house was very clean and organized, the hot tub was fantastic (size, cleanliness, working). Gunnar and his wife make it a great experience. Shane
