About Bob & Maureen Fleming
Bob and Maureen Fleming have lived and worked in Guilford for over 40 years. They own a dairy farm with one of their sons. They are also involved in a landscaping business with another son. Bob is the Town on Guilford Highway Superintendent. They are very involved with the community.
Bob & Maureen Fleming purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Bob & Maureen Fleming chose Guilford
The cottage was built in the 50’s era. It was barely used for years. Fleming’s are only the third owners of the home. They did a renovation in 2014. Updating the downstairs, adding new windows, heating, new bathroom, paint, kitchen repairs, and insulating. The feel of the original cottage remains but has added new amenities. It is finally being enjoyed by families after being abandoned for a long time.

Very cute, super clean and very comfortable cottage! We would highly recommend you to stay here!
Our family had a great relaxing stay at the lake.
The cottage was perfect !
Maureen quickly responded to our questions. The lake was beautiful. The cottage was roomy and everything we needed was there. While there, the kids and grandkids visited and didn't want to leave. All very " Norman Rockwell".
Thank you Maureen
We are so glad that we could provide a place for you and your family to be together and enjoy the outside! I loved chatting with you. I think the weather sure beat Florida! It was a pleasure meeting you. Many thanks for taking such good care of our cottage. Maureen
Beautiful location, home, & property owner!
Maureen was the sweetest host. Very welcoming and honestly happy we were there. My son played baseball in Cooperstown, it was approximately 40 miles away. We didn’t mind the drive knowing we were going home to a beautiful place. My boys caught so much fish in that lake. They did catch and release. The fish were too beautiful to eat. We definitely want to come back! Loved every moment!
Lori and her family and friends were so much fun! They enjoyed the cottage on the lake the way it should be enjoyed. They were very respectful too. And their son’s team did so well in Cooperstown! Congrats! I am very glad to have met them and had them stay at my cottage.
My family and I had a great time at the lake house!
Cottage was great, the owner was great. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Would go back again.
