About this property

Welcome to our Surf City home.

Our wonderfully spacious home was built in 2001. It is perfectly set up for that special 2 family or multi generational beach vacation where memories are created. It has been professionally decorated in a style and colors that give it that coastal beach house feel. Soothing colors of sand, sky and ocean have been used through out. Every detail has been thoughtfully put together including furnishings, window treatments, bedding ensembles to local photographs. This is NOT your 'average' rental. This is a home.

The top floor has open floor plan great room with vaulted ceilings that includes a family room, 8 person dining table and kitchen with an island that seats 4. This floor also includes a master suite, powder room and outdoor decks with dining tables. The kitchen is also highly stocked with essentials to make your stay enjoyable, including Krups espresso maker, a Cucina Pro double coffee pot, blender, smoothie machine, crock pot, Cuisinart food processor , toaster and much more!

The first floor consists of an additional family room with a second master suite, 2 additional bedrooms and a laundry room. This floor is also well stocked with family board games, DVDs, and CDs for your enjoyment.

There are a total of 4 fully furnished decks to enjoy as well as a tiki hut on the ground level outside. A gas grill is provided. The garage is filled with bikes, beach chairs, boogie and skim boards , umbrellas, toys, crab traps, tennis racquets, etc...Everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!!

A Fantastic Stay!

Our time was excellent. This house was well laid out, clean, is in a great location with beautiful views. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. This house was perfect for a family of 5 with room to spare. The house was well stocked. We look forward to coming back soon!

Joe and I have loved coming to LBI since our high school years. We settled on Surf City because it is such a wonderful family community. We wanted an Oceanside property so that our children would not have to cross a street to walk to the beach. We park our cars and ride our bikes everywhere!! Surf City has all of the amenities that you would want for your summer vacation!!
