Our cozy cottage has everything you need for your Snowy Mountains getaway. The cottage has Wifi, Netflix, classic DVDs, excellent heating and cooling, and fresh linen. Sleeps 9-12 guests in three bedrooms, two separate lounge rooms, two toilets, One bathroom, kitchen/dining room,60 in' Smart TV,
Electric blankets, comfy dooners and soft pillows.

Set in the breathtaking hills of Talbingo this home away from home is in perfect location to enjoy a Summer or Winter getaway.
5 Minutes to Talbingo Dam
40 Minutes to MT SELWYN
The local activities include; mountain biking, Water Skiing, Snow Skiing , Fishing, Bush Walking, Hot springs, Caves, Golf, Tennis, Basket Ball, Children's Park and much more.

Bedroom 1 = 1 x Queen bed + Porta cot

Bedroom 2 = 2 x Bunk beds (one bunk had a double bed on bottom, single on top. The other has single bottom and top)

Bedroom 3 = 1x Queen bed

Main lounge room has a Queen fold out couch and the second lounge has a single futon

Relaxing Weekend

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. Talbingo is delightful and this property was conveniently located. Perfect for a quiet little getaway from the hustle and bustle. The property manager was very accommodating.

Lovely house and location

We had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of blankets and heating to warm the family after our days at the snow. Tori was a pleasure to deal with, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Will definitely be back

quiet and pleasant

The house itself was really cozy. Had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of both blankets and heaters to keep us warm. It was very clean and loved the quiet town. Really helped us have a relaxing and peaceful getaway.
