Hello! My first experience with a home away from home was as a guest in NYC. My host, Marilyn, was lovely and the whole experience opened my eyes to whole new way of travelling. I loved living like a local and having all the amenities I needed. My profession is people and my passion is creativity, styling and design. I love to combine these where possible, so the opportunity to style a home and welcome you into it is the perfect fit! I've lived in the surrounding area for almost 20 years and know all of the best places around to shop, eat, drink, walk and play. I hope you feel at home at Treetop Apartment. I look forward to meeting you!
What makes this Apartment unique
Buying my little apartment and listing it all happened so quickly. I distinctly remember the moment I stepped into what is now @treetopapartment_stkilda. I looked at 9 properties that day, driving back and forth on a strict schedule. The minute I stepped into Treetops, I knew. “This is it”, I whispered to myself. The fit out by Chaulk Studio was beautifully done and the view that hits you when you step through the door - those gorgeous treetops - was instantly calming. I could never buy or live in a place without abundant natural light. The sun was streaming through. It was quiet, but a stone's throw from some of the most popular places in Melbourne. I went back the next day, and the next weekend, each time with a different companion. Everyone felt the same. I couldn’t wait to get in there to set it up for my guests, to finally put that interior design training to use! I thought about what I would appreciate as a guest - a modern, fresh, yet cosy feel. Somewhere super clean, with extra little touches. I got to work. Creating Treetops has been a total passion project. The people and the creative aspect have brought me joy. I poured my heart into picking out pieces, styling, photography, branding, and creating the guest handbook, and it means the world to me when my guests appreciate it.

Treetops Apartment St Kilda is surrounded by Orrong Rd. (Alma Village shops), Carlisle St. (fabulous food), High St. (great fashion), and Chapel Street's famous shops, restaurants and bars (I’d be happy to send through some of my favourites!).
It’s also walking distance to the Astor Art House Cinema, Red Stitch Actor’s Theatre, and Alma Park, which hosts the fabulous Hank Marvin markets every Saturday, boasting fresh produce, food trucks and music. Take a 10 minute walk to the market, pick up an organic juice from Babou Juice and some rice paper rolls from Paper Plains Food Truck. Maybe treat yourself to a cupcake from Crums and Co. and head on back to your balcony or the private gardens at Treetop Apartment for your own little private picnic.
The apartment is in a great area with easy access to public transport. There is a tram stop right at the end of the street.
Route 5 travels from East Malvern, through Malvern, Armadale, Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda, the CBD, Southbank and on to Melbourne University in Carlton.
Route 64 travels from Brighton East, through Caulfield, Armadale, Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda, the CBD, and on to Carlton.
There is also the train station on nearby Chapel St., servicing the Sandringham line, which travels from the city to the beach! On your way to the train station, drop into Two Lost Boys for one of the best coffees in Melbourne and some organic, locally farmed produce.
Myki travel cards can be purchased from 7-eleven, which is in walking distance from the apartment.
There is free all day parking on the street.
